We all knew this was coming, right? Between the farts and the Dominion Voting Systems contractor who went viral with her unhinged rant, it was bound to happen.
Saturday Night Live's latest episode kicked off with a cold open sketch inspired by Guiliani's increasingly ridiculous efforts to overthrow the 2020 presidential election on Donald Trump's behalf. Like so much of what's come out of Trumpworld during this increasingly desperate year, the 10-minute sketch is basically interchangeable with the real thing.
Also like the real thing, this 10 minute stretch of time is excruciating to live through. The only saving grace is the aforementioned Dominion contractor, who is basically a Cecily Strong character from Weekend Update brought to life. (And yes, it's Strong who steps in here.) Read more...
